At Pakenham Secondary College, our supportive approach to learning ensures the growth of every individual student.
DOCTORS IN SCHOOLS PROGRAM AT PAKENHAM SECONDARY COLLEGE
We are thrilled that we are one of 100 schools in Victoria to be chosen to be part of the Doctors in Secondary Schools (DiSS) program.
This program provides youth-friendly primary healthcare services to our students.
In 2025, we are extremely fortunate to have Dr Patrick Halton and Nurse Em from Headspace with us every Tuesday during term time.
They will be available from 9:30am until 12:30pm in our Doctors rooms (next to the log cabin), commencing Tuesday, 11th February.
Dr Patrick and Nurse Em will provide free, primary health care services, just as you would expect in the community.

ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM
From Year 7 to Year 10, high-achieving students are selected to participate in our ENhancement Program. Our Enhancement classes offer enrichment across all Key Learning Areas, providing students with the opportunity to engage in extended work.

Online 2024 Yearbook
This year, we've created an online Yearbook to promote environmental sustainability. We also have a new name for our Yearbook. In consultation with our Koorie Engagement Support Officer and Indigenous Artist in Residence, our Yearbook has been renamed 'ngargee yel-in-wa', which translates to 'Celebration of the Days'—a fitting tribute to the year.
For families who chose to purchase a printed Yearbook, these were either distributed to your child(ren) at school late last week or have been posted (they should arrive shortly). The online version may feature additional photos and pages, as some content couldn't be included in the printed edition. This was due to time constraints in preparing the Yearbook for end-of-year publication.
