The 4Cs

Rotary
Work preparation is assisted by Rotary, which also annually celebrates the community contribution of a College student via the Cameron Trust.
College alumni
Even though you’ve formally left the school, Pakenham Secondary College takes great pride in the achievements of its alumni, and all students are welcome at the school at any time.
Where are they now?
The career’s team at Pakenham Secondary College loves to hear about the progress of graduates. Often, your stories stimulate and encourage current students, providing them with confidence and direction. Please keep us up to date with what you’re up to!
Reunions
The College is very supportive of groups organising graduating year reunions. Please contact us if you’re planning a reunion and we’ll do our best to help with administrative and venue help.
School council elections
Elections for school council are held annually in March.
The College invites parents and members of the community who have an interest in providing the best possible education for our children to put their hand up for a school council role. For more information and to learn about the procedure for becoming a school council candidate, please contact the principal.

Sharing our facilities
The College’s school council always welcomes connections with the wider community. There are several ways local groups can take advantage of our facilities. In each case, agreements are signed to make sure all parties understand their responsibilities.
Facility hire
Rooms and grounds at the College can be hired for one-off or short-run events, such as a presentation night for a sporting team or a series of performances by a dance club.
Licence agreement
If a school facility is needed on a regular basis, such as a drama group requiring a room for weekly rehearsals or a cricket club wanting an oval for the season, a licence agreement applies.
Joint use agreement
When the College is to construct a new building, school council may be open to the involvement of a community partner, with whom the facility would be shared, if the extra funds provided by the partner would improve the facility for all.
Contact us
Please contact the College if your organisation is interested in using one of our facilities. You can also read more about the shared use of school facilities at education.vic.gov.au
