Enrolment Process
Important Enrolment Information for all Students
To assist Pakenham Secondary College in confirming your child's eligibility for enrolment, and in line with Department of Education guidelines, you will be required to provide us with 100 points of documentation, please refer to Residential Address Check (pdf) requirements.
Documents should show the same address and the parent's/carer's name as recorded on the school enrolment application form.
It is important that we verify your child's permanent residential address, as this helps ensure that we are allocating places at our school fairly and in line with the Placement Policy.
If you are unable to provide proof of permanent residence because of your individual circumstances, please contact Kate Logan, Assistant Principal, by contacting the College on 5945 1433.
If our school is unable to verify your permanent residence, or your address changes prior to the start of the school year, enrolment may be withdrawn.
Year 6 to Year 7 Transition
Primary schools are responsible for managing the application process in the first instance and willdistribute forms for parents to complete.
All Other Year Levels
Thank you for your interest in Pakenham Secondary College. Students who reside within the designated neighbourhood boundary for our College are eligible for enrolment.

Families seeking enrolment at Pakenham Secondary College should either complete the Pre-Enrolment form, or if they prefer, contact the school office on (03) 5945 1433 and we will happily go through the details with you over the phone.
The Pre-Enrolment form is for students in Years 8-12 (or currently in Year 7 wishing to transfer). Please see Year 6 to Year 7 Transition if your child is currently in Year 6.
Following this pre-enrolment, you will be contacted to arrange an enrolment interview. Please bring a copy of your child’s birth certificate and a copy of their most recent school report to this interview with you. Copies of any relevant residency or visa arrangements are also required prior to enrolment.
