Extra transition is available for children who may struggle with the move to high school, or who require some extra support. This optional extra transition is in addition to the Statewide orientation Program that we have at the College later in the year.

To the Parents and Carers of Future Pakenham Secondary College Students
Extra transition is available for children who may struggle with the move to high school, or who require some extra support.
This optional extra transition is in addition to the Statewide Orientation Program that we have at the College later in the year.
If your child is interested in attending this extra transition, please register and complete the form by clicking on RSVP.
The extra transition dates are:
Session 1 – Thursday 10th October
Session 2 – Thursday 24th October
Session 3 – Thursday 7th November
Session 4 – Thursday 21st November
Please note that we will be running a two-day transition orientation program in December for all Year 7 2025 students attending Pakenham Secondary College next year.
Please indicate your preference for either a morning or afternoon session for this four-session program.
Your preference will be taken into consideration when deciding allocation.
Submissions for this program close on Friday, 13th September and we will be in touch in the week following to confirm the session details.
