PSC excels at
Victorian State Schools Spectacular
We are very proud and excited that three of our students have been chosen from students around the State, as part of the Principal Cast and Backstage Crew for the Victorian State Schools Spectacular this year.
As one of only 23 dancers chosen from the State in 2023, James Nimaya from Year 11 has once again been officially announced as a Principal Dancer for the Victorian State Schools Spectacular in 2024!
Jackson Newman-Watkins and Tyler Love from Year 7 have been chosen as part of the Vision team for this Year's Victorian State Schools Spectacular.
We have an outstanding and experienced VSSS Coordinator at Pakenham Secondary College, Ms Jamie Gourlay. Ms Gourlay led a successful dance troupe in 2023 and we have another fabulous dancing ensemble performing at the Spectacular this year.
The Victorian State Schools Spectacular will be held on the 14th September at the John Cain Arena.
Music at PSC
All of our students study classroom Music in Years 7 and 8 as well as being available as electives and VCE subjects in Years 9 - 12.
Students can also choose to learn an instrument in small group lessons as part of our Instrumental Music Program. There are no fees for these lessons, as they are subsidised by the school.
Lessons are available in piano, vocals, guitar, bass guitar and drums.
